She's the beautiful mum of Roman who picked two very different locations to mark her own family memories, so we caught up with Lee to get her take on why memories matter...
Tell us about your family! How many of you are there? How do you like to spend your weekends?
We are a little family of three (soon to be four). Our weekends are spent chasing Roman around and getting him into the outdoors, he is a busy bee and just loves the beach.
What do you love about your shoot location? Why did you pick to have a photoshoot here?
We picked this location as we love the beach and wanted a relaxed vibe. Our last Travelshoot was at South Bank parklands with city views so we thought it would be a nice contrast to have our next shoot at the beach. We also had a little family vay-cay at the Sheraton Mirage hotel so it was perfect to do it there.
Why did you decide to arrange a family photoshoot? To bump up your family album?
We wanted to do another family photoshoot now that Roman was a bit older and walking so we could capture those memories as a family.
Talk us through your Travelshoot experience and how it all went down! What were your favourite parts? Did you all have fun?
Again our second Travelshoot experience was so relaxed and easy. It didn’t really feel like we were having a photoshoot, the shots were very much in the moment and we just went with the flow.
What would be your advice to a family thinking about booking a shoot?
BOOK IT IN ASAP!! The photoshoot is so easy and relaxed it won’t even feel like a photoshoot. The photographer will capture you in the moment with your family against a beautiful backdrop…perfect. You will get so many great photos you won’t be able to decide which one to put on the wall!
What’s your favourite shot from your Travelshoot? Why do you love it?
There are so many favourites but if I had to name one it would be of Roman on the beach in between the rushes, just so natural and beautiful!
